Are you an authorized retailer?
Yes! We are an authorized retailer for every brand that we carry. This means that every watch purchased from us comes with the original manufacturer’s warranty, box, and papers. Because we have physical locations in Rhode Island we are able to buy our watches directly from the manufacturer and authorized distributors, which are all 100% authentic, new, and unused.
What is the benefit from buying from an authorized retailer?
Most watch brands will only validate their manufacturer’s warranty when a watch is purchased from an authorized retailer. Authorized retailers are also held to high standards so that the watches and customers are treated appropriately and properly. Many companies do not allow direct web sales, but do allow us to sell product over the phone. This allows both the customer and retailer to establish a good relationship. Authorized retailers need to go through a series of qualifiers in order to carry many watch brands, insuring the business is reputable and will treat the product and the consumer with the respect they deserve.
What companies do you use to ship?
We ship using UPS, Federal Express, and United States Postal Service. There is a $12.95 shipping and handling charge for all watch sales under $250.00, and no charge for shipping on any sales over $250.00. Standard shipping is UPS ground and USPS, additional charges will apply to overnight or second day shipping.
What are your hours operation?
Our Cranston Location is open Monday thru Saturday 8:30am EST until 5:30pm EST.
Our Newport Location is open Monday thru Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm EST, and Sunday noon-5:00PM EST.
Our Newport Location is open 7 days a week, but hours vary by season. Please call the store at 401-841-0011 for current hours. We are available through e-mail 24 hours a day, and you will receive a response within 24 hours of your question or request.
What is your return policy?

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We ask that all returns be made within 7 days of delivery date. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and include all original packaging and literature. Please use insurance as applicable as we will only refund the product if we receive the item back. Loss in transit will be between you and your carrier. We will gladly give you a credit, exchange or refund, less shipping charges and an 8% credit card fee within 7 days of your receipt of the package.  We will provide an exchange or store credit only for products returned within 30 days of receipt with the same conditions. 


Please note that our return policy does exclude:

• Special Orders

• Engraved Items

• Corporate Orders

• Limited Editions where a factory seal on the packaging has been broken by customer

• Any merchandise that was purchased new/unused and then used, including watches that have been worn or altered with re-sized bands/bracelets.

•All closeout sales that are sold as is

Do you sell used or vintage watches?
We are developing a pre-owned watch department, so please ask us about the trade-in value of your watch and what it will be worth towards a new piece.
