Saltzman’s Watches is one of the largest independent Factory Authorized Service Centers in North America.  We offer manufacturer’s warranty repair service for all the brands listed here, and are constantly growing this list.

Our team has been trained all over the world to be able to work on the most complicated of timepieces. We specialize in regular maintenance of all fine timepieces, restoration of antique pocket watches and repair of any watch with an issue.

TO SEND YOUR WATCH IN FOR REPAIR:  

To submit your watch for repair for any brand please send it into us using USPS, FedEx, or UPS and include a note explaining the issue and all of your contact information including mailing address, phone number and email address.  We strongly advise you use a service that provides a tracking number and insurance for your timepiece.  Upon receipt we will evaluate and estimate your watch within 5 business days of receipt.  Please be sure you package your watch securely. 

If your watch is within the warranty period please refer to the instruction manual, or warranty information provided with your watch for any special instructions or advance payment requirements.
 

We are able to repair all makes and models of watches and our average turnaround time for a complete overhaul is 3-4 weeks from approval of the estimate.

When we receive a watch over the counter you will receive an immediate estimate unless specific parts pricing is needed, or if you send your watch into us through the mail we will send out a written estimate within 5 business days.

Watch repairs

Saltzman’s Watches and more is a full service watch repair and restoration facility. Beyond our retail showroom we have a team of watchmakers and technicians in house that are able to repair all watches from the simplest movement change or crystal replacement to the more complicated automatic movement repairs and refinishing.

All of our movement repairs, including batteries are guaranteed for 12 months from the return date for the services rendered. We also replace crystals, straps, and complete dial and hand refurbishment. If you have a question about a repair before you send it in, please call and just ask, any of our associates will be happy to assist you!

When available we use only genuine parts on your watch so you can be sure that when replacing a Movado clasp, you will be getting a genuine Movado clasp!

Engraving:

We offer free engraving on all watches sold, but please remember once a watch is engraved it is no longer returnable. When purchasing your timepiece either by phone or e-mail we will be happy to discuss your engraving options.
