The Saltzman Family has been in the watch business for 3 generations and over 60 years. Saltzman's Watches is an authorized retailer for all of our brands and with that our customers are guaranteed brand new product with original manufacturer's warranty and certifications. We are also the National Service Center for 17 international watch brands including Luminox, Mondaine, Glycine, Claude Bernard, Swiss Army Torgoen, and more! Our goal is to deliver premier customer service, along with a comfortable and trustworthy website and store. 

TO SEND YOUR WATCH IN FOR REPAIR:  

To submit your watch for repair for any brand please send it into us using USPS, FedEx, or UPS and include a note explaining the issue and all of your contact information including mailing address, phone number and email address.  We strongly advise you use a service that provides a tracking number and insurance for your timepiece.  Upon receipt we will evaluate and estimate your watch within 5 business days of receipt.  Please be sure you package your watch securely. 

If your watch is within the warranty period please refer to the instruction manual, or warranty information provided with your watch for any special instructions or advance payment requirements.
