Return Policy:

We ask that all returns be made within 7 days of delivery date. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and include all original packaging and literature. Please use insurance as applicable as we will only refund the product if we receive the item back. Loss in transit will be between you and your carrier. We will gladly give you a credit, exchange or refund, less shipping charges and an 8% credit card fee within 7 days of your receipt of the package. We will provide an exchange or store credit only for products returned within 30 days of receipt with the same conditions.
All watch returns or exchanges must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNUSED, UNWORN, UNSIZED AND IN SALEABLE CONDITION.
Please note that our return policy does exclude:
• Special Orders
• Engraved Items
• Corporate Orders
• Limited Editions where a factory seal on the packaging has been broken by customer
• Any merchandise that was purchased new/unused and then used, including watches that have been worn or altered with re-sized bands/bracelets.

Any watch purchased with the 25% high cost repair discount is not eligible for a money back return and can be exchanged for equal or higher priced item or store credit only. If you want to exchange the watch for a lower priced watch, then you will receive a gift card to Saltzman’s for the balance.
